Presentation

My research projects focus mainly on the labour market participation of people of different ages, the development and measuring of the length of working life and retirement and related changes. In my research I focus on the differences between population groups (e.g., based on educational level) in relation to these phenomena, as well as on factors affecting the timing of retirement of individuals. I also examine retirement from employers’ point of view and their position on ageing workers, retirement and pensions. I have an education in sociology, social policy and statistical research methods.
