Customer Service
The Finnish Centre for Pensions provides service by phone and online. We have no Customer Service desk at our office in Kalasatama.
Our Customer Service is exceptionally closed on Friday 1 May 2026. Our online services operate as normal.

Our Customer Service is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (local time).
Local network or mobile network fee if you call from Finland; if you call from abroad, the price is determined by your local operator.

Make an appointment
You can also make a phone appointment. Make your appointment via our online customer service. We will call you at the time you have booked.
We help you with earnings-related pension matters, such as how to insure work abroad, how to apply for a pension from abroad and insurance surveillance issues.

With Suomi.fi Messages you can communicate with us electronically in a secure way.
Activate Suomi.fi Messages by logging into Suomi.fi and authorising authorities to communicate with you electronically via Suomi.fi Messages.
