Do you need information about your own pension? We help you with earnings-related pension matters, such as how to insure work abroad, how to apply for a pension from abroad and insurance surveillance issues.

Our Customer Service Desk is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (local time). On New Year’s Eve and Maundy Thursday, we serve between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.

We also offer services for foreigners coming to Finland at the International House Helsinki (IHH) service point. The service point is open on Mondays between 9 a.m. and noon and 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. It is located in Helsinki at Albertinkatu 25 (Local Register Office of Uusimaa). More information: Ihhelsinki.fi.
