Maarit Selin appointed director at the Finnish Centre for Pensions
Maarit Selin (M.Sc.) has been appointed Director of Information Management and member of the Management Group as of 1 March 2024. She will be responsible for the register services and information management at the Finnish Centre for Pensions.
Selin joins the Finnish Centre for Pensions from her previous position as Senior Sales Executive at eSystems Nordic.
Selin has a career in various management and customer tasks within the IT field, including a long employment relationship at Tieto. She has also gained experience with clients in the earnings-related pension field in a supplier role.
“I’m happy to accept a responsibility that carries social significance. We must improve the Finnish earnings-related pension system in the long term and sustainably to make sure it is reliable and meets the needs of all parties involved also in the future”, Selin states.
