The Registry Office of the Finnish Centre for Pensions is responsible for receiving and recording administrative matters and documents, such as requests for statements and information. The office ensures that official matters are promptly directed to the relevant specialist for processing.

To ensure your enquiry is processed smoothly, please send your message and any accompanying documents as separate files. If your matter is already being handled, include the reference number in your message to help expedite the process. Do not send any confidential or sensitive information via standard email or as an email attachment.
When sending an email, ensure that you receive an acknowledgement of receipt. The Registry Office’s email system automatically sends confirmation of receipt for messages received.
