Our Customer Service is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (local time).

At the Registry Office, we handle administrative tasks and documents, including requests for statements and information. Please note that the Registry Office does not provide general advice or deal with pension-related enquiries. If you require personal assistance with matters such as insurance for working abroad, please contact our customer service team.

The reception services (ground floor) are open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Report to the reception services to get a visitor’s tag and information on access to the Wifi network.

The Finnish Centre for Pensions’ conference rooms are located on the 1st floor. The lunch restaurant and café are located on the same floor. Your host(ess) will meet you on the ground floor or next to the entrance to our conference rooms on the 1st floor.

Events for more than 50 people take place on the 6th floor in conference room Harmaja. The reception services will direct you to the correct floor, or check the screens in the lobbies for directions.

The conference room areas include coat racks, toilets and lockable lockers where you can charge your terminal device.

You can reach us conveniently by metro, bus and tram. Check the route planner for the schedules of public transportation.

If you come by car, park it in the garage at Redi shopping mall. Park on levels K5 or K6 and take the Mermaid elevator to Kalasatamakatu. Access levels K5 or K6 from Hermannin Rantatie or, if you come from downtown, the end of Sörnäisten Rantatie.
