You can now find information on earnings-related pensions in an increasing number of languages. In addition to materials in English, Finnish, Swedish, Estonian and Russian, we now also offer pension information in Northern Sámi.

The booklets published by the Finnish Centre for Pensions and the website Tyoelake.fi contains data on pensions in Finland in multiple languages. The Customer Service of the Finnish Centre for Pensions serves in slightly fewer languages: English, Finnish and Swedish.

Take a look at our materials yourself – or share them with persons who need information in their own language.

The ABCs of pensions for employees and the self-employed

The updated booklets contain the most important information on Finnish earnings-related pensions. The booklets are available in English, Finnish and Swedish, and for the first time, in Northern Sámi as well. You can find the booklets online or print them as PDF files. Print and share brochures as needed for your organisation’s use.

How Do I Claim a Pension from Abroad?

The booklet explains how you can claim a pension from abroad (from EU/EEA countries or social security agreement countries) and how the claim process works. The booklet is available in English, Swedish, Russian, Estonian and Finnish. You can also order printed booklets by e-mail from aineistotilaukset(at)etk.fi.

Website Tyoelake.fi in several languages

The website Tyoelake.fi gives you information about Finnish earnings-related pensions and directs you to your own pension data. The website is in English, Swedish, Russian, Estonian and Finnish.

The Estonian and Russian language websites were updated in 2025. They give short, concise information, but the content is more limited than on the English, Finnish and Swedish language pages.
