We are merging our separate customer services for insurance of work abroad, international pension applications, self-employed persons and pension advice into one multichannel customer service.
Our new multichannel customer service will be open as of 1 March 2018 on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
During a transition period from 1 March to 31 August 2018, you can reach us at our old phone numbers. During the six-month transition period, we will train our pension advisers for their new task.
As of 1 September 2018, you can reach our pension advisers at one, single customer service phone number.
