The central labour market organisations have agreed on the private-sector earnings-related pension contributions for 2019. The average contribution will be 24.4 per cent of the gross monthly wage.
The contributions for 2019 are based on previous agreements made by the central labour market organisations about the pension contributions for 2016-2019 and the competitiveness pact.
On the whole, the earnings-related pension contribution is at the same level as in 2018, but the employee’s share of the contribution will rise by 0.40 percentage points in 2019 as part of the employer’s share is transferred to the employee as a result of the competitiveness pact.
Earnings-related pension contributions in 2019
