The study on the flexible retirement age examines the views of employers and employees on age limits of old age pension, experiences of retirement and factors affecting decision to continue at work and retire. The English research paper is a summary of the evaluation study of the Finnish flexible retirement scheme, published in its entirety at the end of year 2012. The study is based on an employer survey representing all workplaces of the country, and an employee survey of wage earners who have recently retired on an old-age pension.
